I live in Oklahoma. How dry does it get here in the summer?

It gets so dry that the Baptists sometimes have to baptize by
sprinkling, the Methodists use wet-wipes, the Presbyterians
give rain checks, and the Catholics pray for the wine to turn
back into water.
